Providing the weather is kind agility will start this Saturday (11th March) as planned.
The classes are:
As last year, please park at the Gold and Silversmiths, at the end away from the buildings.
Try to arrive at least 10 minutes before your lesson so that you have time to warm up your dog and yourself before you start.
Remember – flat collars, shoes with good grip and suitable toys and treats for your dog.
Visiting Agility Trainer
Duessa Lipley, who has visited Guernsey and trained us before, will be available for agility lessons from Tuesday 28th March to Sunday 2nd April. The training will take place at Mel Norman’s house in Rue de la Cache, near Castel Church (directions can be provided if you haven’t been there before). The cost of these lessons – one hour – will be:
£20 for 1 person
£25 for 2
£30 for 3
etc up to 6 in a group.
Please let Debbie Bray (268186 or email firstname.lastname@example.org) know if you would like a lesson, and if you would like a private or shared lesson. You can organise your own groups if you like, or I can put dogs of a similar size/standard together. Also do you have a preferred day/time?
Please note that the normal Saturday agility classes will not take place on 1st April.
Introduction to Agility
If you would like to start doing agility and your dog is at least one year old, please contact Debbie Bray (telephone 268186 or email email@example.com). We will be running four week sessions for new dogs to give them an introduction to agility, and to enable them to fit easily into the Beginner classes. These will be alongside the Beginner Classes at 9am and 10am, with the first Introduction commencing on Saturday 18th March.
